Dr. Betty Schindler

Dr. Schindler received a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson State University in Towson, Maryland and an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore in Baltimore, Maryland.  Dr. Schindler completed her dental training at the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland, Baltimore.  At the conclusion of her endodontic residency at the University of Maryland she was honored with the Tony Michael Ponti Memorial Scholarship Award.  This award is bestowed upon the resident who demonstrates consistent excellence in the field of clinical endodontics.  Dr. Schindler was a native of Maryland until her and her husband, Rick, chose Arizona as their new home.


Dr. Schindler is the endodontic advisor for the local chapter of the Seattle Study Club as well as a founding member of the International Academy of Endodontics.  Dr. Schindler is also a member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association.  Dr. Schindler is a member and the president of the Arizona Endodontic Association.


When Dr. Schindler is not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, adorable son, and their mini golden-doodle dog.  Her hobbies include reading, good food, and spinning classes.

Dr. Glen E. Doyon

Dr. Glen E. Doyon is a native of Maine. He received his B.A. degree from the University of Maine in 1975, and his D.M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia, in 1980. Dr. Doyon completed his General Practice Residency at the Naval Regional Medical Center in Oakland, California in 1981, and then served as the dental officer aboard the USS Inchon, stationed in Norfolk, Virginia.

After military service, Dr. Doyon settled in southern New Jersey where he practiced general dentistry for 20 years. During this time he furthered his education and training by affiliating with the best educators and mentors in the various dental disciplines, averaging over 100 hours of continuing education each year. 

In 2002, Dr. Doyon returned full-time to academia and completed a two-year residency, receiving his certificate in endodontics from the University of Maryland, in Baltimore, in 2004.  He practiced as an endodontist in Syracuse, New York before moving to Arizona in June of 2005.

Dr. Doyon practiced endodontics at the Center for MicroSurgical Endodontics from 2005-2017. In 2019, he is happy to have returned to working part-time.  

Dr. Doyon has published scientific articles in national and international peer-reviewed endodontic journals. He is a founding member of the International Association of Endodontics, a member of the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, the Central Arizona Dental Society, and the Arizona Endodontic Association.  He is also a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Claire Anderson

Dr. Claire Anderson is originally from a small town in Mississippi. She became interested in dentistry after undergoing jaw surgery to correct her smile at 17. She spent her summers during high school and college learning more about the field by cleaning surgical instruments and shadowing her oral surgeon. She received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Birmingham-Southern College then headed west to Arizona where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health.

After graduation, she reported for active duty to Fort Campbell, Kentucky to complete a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency training program. She then served as the Brigade Dental Surgeon for 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Georgia for two years. She completed two NATO training operations with her unit in Germany during this time. She completed her endodontic residency training and Masters in Oral Biology at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Dr. Anderson achieved the rank of Major and served as the Officer in Charge and chief endodontist of Allen Dental Clinic at Fort Sill in Oklahoma for three years before moving back to sunny Arizona. She is currently pursuing board certification in Endodontics.

In her free time, Dr. Anderson enjoys cooking and traveling to visit her friends around the globe.
